"I love soccer, and I felt that if I could sell what I think people might like and what is in my interest, that would be fine by me," says Patrick Kugbegah, owner and operator of Compat Soccer Shoes. "I love soccer, and I love shoes especially. I play soccer and I love sports -- running and all of that. Sports and good shoes keep your feet healthy and keep you fit. Because of my love for soccer and fitness, I went in for soccer shoes and had to find who would give me the right product."
Of vital importance to Patrick was ensuring that his customers were getting a great price on their purchases. "The prices on those shoes are really, really cheap," he exclaims happily, proud of his discounts. "It's not just about the product for me; I want to see people wearing nice things. Patrick has also opened a blog at www.CompatCoolShoes.com where he can discuss his products with shoppers. "I'm going to use the blog to communicate with my customers, and use it as a business blog," he explains. "I think that these shoes are really great, and are the highest quality you can get anywhere. I'll be sharing my love of shoes every day. What I'm setting up right now is honesty, and that's what it's like to do business with Compat. We started from our own backyard, selling shoes and seeing how they do before selling them on the Internet."
Patrick intends to open an additional site in the near future featuring Nike Shox styles, with pricing similar to his soccer shoes catalog.
